The community encompasses approximately 2,200 acres and features spectacular views of Mt. Lassen, Mt. Shasta and the Trinity/Siskiyou Mountain Ranges. Within the community are a variety of amenities including a large lake, a community swimming pool, tennis courts, an airport landing strip, an equestrian center, a lakeside clubhouse, Sacramento River access, a campground suitable for large RV's or motor homes, parks and miles of open trails. Renters insurance and a credit score of at least 650 are required.
