Large spaces: $675/month
Small spaces: $630/month
Monthly Sewer Charge: $16
Rent includes water, electricity, and garbage service.

We also have mobile home spaces available. Residents place PG&E in their own name for mobile home sites.
All applicants must apply and be approved prior to moving in.

Additional RV Requirements:
• All RVs may stay a maximum of 8 months (month-to-month) and must be removed from the park after that period.
• All vehicles, including RVs, must have current registration and tags. Tenants must provide copies of current registrations for all vehicles, including the RV, before move-in.
• The name on the current RV registration must match the approved tenant’s name only.
• 1 pet up to 30 lb allowed (breed restrictions apply).
