Rental Qualifications:
To qualify for this unit, applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Gross monthly income of at least 3 times the rent ($3,750.00)
• Provide proof of income (e.g., recent pay stubs or financial aid documents)
• Submit verifiable rental references
If a co-signer is needed, they must have a gross monthly income of at least 5 times the rent ($6,250.00).
There is a $40 application fee per applicant.
