  • It is understood as follows:

    1. This notice is required by Section 1946 of the California Civil Code.
    2. Except as provided by law, rent shall be due and payable to and including the date of termination or thirty (30) days after service of the notice on owner, whichever is later
    3. After all the undersigned’s possessions are removed from the living area, the undersigned will notify the owner/ manager and return the keys.
    4. As of this date the management, with a 24 hour notice, has the right to show the undersigned’s apartment to prospective renters.
    5. It is hereby acknowledged that a copy of the tenant cleaning responsibilities form is received.
  • Please note: One check will be issued to all residents and sent to the forwarding address. If you wish to have separate checks mailed, please complete a “Split Check Request Form”
  • As required by law, you are hereby notified that a negative credit report reflecting on your credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if you fail to fulfill the terms of your credit obligations.” (California Civil Code Section 1785.16)
